Cyndy's Bears bows are made of quality 1.5” grosgrain ribbon that is slightly stiffened to hold its shape. All bows have a premium alligator clip to hold hair in place easily.
Custom bows measure approx. 6.5” L x 7.5”W.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it, for a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a product defect. We would like your order to be made just RIGHT! We understand that mistakes happen.

Shipping is done through Canada Post regular shipping, 5-7 days within North America and 10 days for International orders. Delivery time to the USA may take up to 7-10 days. Shipping to Australia or New Zealand is on a 6-10 day priority charge. This is a must as regular packages can take anywhere up to 4 months to arrive based on experience.
